- Revives Thistletown Lions Club, a corporation dissolved on October 6, 2009
- Dissolution happened for failing to comply with the Corporations Information Act
- Restores the club's property, rights, privileges and franchises as they existed before dissolution
- Also restores the club's liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts from that time
- Restoration does not affect rights acquired by others after the dissolution
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
