- Revives Andrew Zawadowski Medicine Professional Corporation, which was dissolved on December 19, 2024
- Restores the corporation to its legal position as if it had never been dissolved
- Reinstates all property, rights, privileges and franchises the corporation had before dissolution
- Reinstates the corporation's liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts as of its dissolution date
- Protects any rights acquired by other people after the corporation's dissolution
- Takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
