- Restores the company's property, rights, privileges and franchises as if never dissolved
- Also restores the company's liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts from the dissolution date
- Revival is subject to any rights acquired by other people after the dissolution
- Was requested by Anshula Chowdhury, the company's director at time of dissolution, to address outstanding liabilities
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
