- The corporation had been dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on May 3, 2022
- Application made by Thi Thi Vuong and Vi Duc David Vuong, shareholders of the corporation's sole shareholder
- Revival aims to let owners deal with property held by the corporation and repay its debts
- Corporation restored to its legal position with all property, rights, privileges and liabilities as before dissolution
- Restoration is subject to any rights acquired by others after the dissolution
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
