- Revives the dissolved corporation 338026 Ontario Limited, which was voluntarily dissolved on April 16, 2024
- Restores the corporation to its legal position as if it had never been dissolved
- Restored corporation regains all property, rights, privileges and franchises held before dissolution
- Corporation remains subject to all its prior liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts
- Revival is subject to any rights acquired by others after the dissolution
- Purpose is to allow the applicant, Tony Cotroneo, to deal with real property held in the corporation's name
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
