- Dissolution occurred for failing to comply with the Corporations Information Act
- Applicant Allan Hazelton, a board member, says the default was inadvertent
- Corporation restored to its legal position as if never dissolved
- Restoration includes all property, rights, privileges, franchises, liabilities, contracts and debts
- Any rights acquired by others after the dissolution remain protected
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
