- Corporation was dissolved for failing to comply with the Corporations Information Act
- Restores the company's property, rights, privileges and franchises as of its dissolution date
- Also restores all its liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts from that date
- Revival is subject to any rights acquired by others after the dissolution
- Application made by Gilda Lucy Price, executor of her late mother's estate
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
