- Revives P. Gregor Medicine Professional Corporation, dissolved on December 2, 2024
- Restores the corporation's property, rights, privileges and franchises as if never dissolved
- Also restores its liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts from before dissolution
- Any rights acquired by others after the dissolution remain protected
- Allows Paul Gregor, the former director and shareholder, to deal with corporate property
- Takes effect immediately upon receiving Royal Assent
