- Restores the company's property, rights, privileges and franchises as before dissolution
- Restores the company's liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts as before dissolution
- Revival is subject to any rights acquired by others after the dissolution
- The applicant, Hamideh Hajihosseinloo, was a shareholder and director of the corporation
- The Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
