- Revival allows dealing with property held in the corporation's name at dissolution
- Restores the corporation's property, rights, privileges and franchises as if never dissolved
- Corporation remains subject to its prior liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
