- Revives the corporation 730159 Ontario Ltd., which was dissolved on June 11, 1994
- Dissolution occurred for failing to comply with the Corporations Information Act
- Applicant Rolf-Harro Cohrs says he was the sole director and the default was inadvertent
- Corporation is restored to its legal position, including property, rights, privileges and franchises
- Revived corporation remains subject to its prior liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts
- Restoration is subject to any rights acquired by others after the dissolution
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
