- Restores the company's property, rights, privileges and franchises as if never dissolved
- Restores all its liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts from the dissolution date
- Applicant Mohammed Shanshal was the corporation's sole director and president before dissolution
- Revival allows the corporation to deal with real property still registered in its name
- New rights acquired by other people after the dissolution remain protected
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
