- Corporation was dissolved on September 19, 2024 under the Business Corporations Act
- Applicant Denise Caron was the sole director and shareholder before dissolution
- Revival allows dealing with property still held in the corporation's name
- Restores the corporation's property, rights, privileges and liabilities as if never dissolved
- Rights acquired by others after the dissolution remain protected
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
