- Restores the corporation's property, rights, privileges and franchises as if never dissolved
- Also restores the corporation's liabilities, contracts, disabilities and debts from the dissolution date
- Revival is subject to any rights acquired by other people after the dissolution
- Allows the sole director to deal with property still held in the corporation's name
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
