- Revives the dissolved corporation 1976998 Ontario Inc. by special legislation
- Corporation was voluntarily dissolved under the Business Corporations Act on July 26, 2023
- Application made by Bijun Gong and Zhenyu Gong, former directors and shareholders
- Restores the corporation's property, rights, privileges and liabilities as if never dissolved
- Purpose is to allow the corporation to carry on business again under its name
- Act takes effect on the day it receives Royal Assent
