- Authorizes up to $213,952,841,200 in public service expenses for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026
- Authorizes up to $8,421,348,400 for public service investments in capital assets, loans and other investments
- Authorizes up to $406,088,900 for expenses of Legislative Offices like Auditor General and Ombudsman
- Health receives the largest ministry allocation, over $80.3 billion in Schedule A
- Education is allocated about $40.9 billion, the second largest ministry total
- Repeals the Interim Appropriation for 2025-2026 Act, 2024 and its supplementary version
- This Act itself is deemed repealed starting April 1, 2027
