- Minister of Health must establish an Advisory Committee within 60 days of the Act coming into force
- Committee members appointed by the Minister, aiming for a majority from transgender, two-spirit, non-binary, intersex and gender diverse communities
- Committee must reflect diversity including youth, seniors, Indigenous persons, racialized groups, and people with disabilities
- Committee will recommend ways to improve access, coverage, and reduce wait times for gender affirming health care
- Committee must consult groups like Rainbow Health Ontario and health care providers, then report within six months
- Minister must tell the Legislature which recommendations the government will implement within 90 days of the report
