- Requires Metrolinx to promote integration of routes, fares and schedules of municipal bike share systems
- Requires at least 20 per cent of residential units on sold or disposed Metrolinx assets to be affordable units
- Sets mandatory maintenance standards for Highways 11, 17 and 69
- Requires snow removal from highway pavement within four hours after a snowfall ends
- Requires ice on the pavement to be cleared within three hours of being noticed
- Requires potholes over 600 square centimetres and eight centimetres deep to be repaired within four days
- Requires the Minister to develop a public plan within 12 months to convert these highways to a 2+1 lane configuration, with construction starting one year after publication and finishing within five years, plus annual progress reports
