Uploading Highways 174 and 17 Act, 2025

- Transfers control of Ottawa Road 174 and County Road 17 from a municipality to the Ministry of Transportation
- These highways will no longer count as part of any municipality's road system
- Existing agreements or permits about the highways continue as if made by the Minister instead
- Rights and benefits municipalities had under those agreements now belong to the Crown in right of Ontario
- Blocks the Lieutenant Governor in Council from ordering these highways to be transferred back to a municipality
- The change takes effect on the day the bill receives Royal Assent
- The short title is the Uploading Highways 174 and 17 Act, 2025
