- Requires a guide to flooding resources and FAQs about flooding risks in Ontario to be published online
- Requires the Minister to mail flooding information yearly to households in territories without municipal organization
- Requires Toronto's city treasurer to send flooding information along with tax bills to taxpayers
- Requires municipal treasurers under the Municipal Act to send flooding information along with tax bills
- Most provisions take effect three months after the Act receives Royal Assent
