- Strategy aims to create equity of access to high quality paediatric hospice palliative care

- Creates a Paediatric Hospice Palliative Care Advisory Committee of 5 to 9 members
- Committee includes health professionals and family members, with representation from five named cities
- Committee reviews a 2011 work group report and gives yearly recommendations to the Minister
